Sourced | Trust God as deeply in your business as you do everywhere else

You can believe God is your source and still run your business like everything depends on you.

Trust God as deeply in your business as you do everywhere else.

Quinna Oceanna Water

Eight weeks. In person in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. An intimate mastermind centered on trust, surrender, discernment, obedience, and provision.

Business has a way of revealing where you still believe everything is riding on you.

You trust God. You know how to pray, listen, and follow. Then business brings you to a different edge. The logical decision and the internal instruction do not match. You know how to push harder, but you are not sure you are supposed to. The desire is bigger than what you can explain. The timing is not yours. The outcome is not guaranteed. You still have to move. This is where faith becomes more than something you believe. It becomes the way you build.

What if everything was never riding on you in the first place?

You're the woman who makes things happen. That's exactly why this is hard.

You are accustomed to making things happen. You know how to take responsibility, solve problems, and move an idea forward. You also know how easily responsibility can become control.

Sourced is for the woman who wants to examine what changes when she stops treating every outcome as hers to secure.

  • You are building something real.
  • You want big things, and you are no longer interested in shrinking the desire to make it easier to explain.
  • You are willing to follow instruction before you have proof that it will work.
  • You want to know the difference between surrender and passivity.
  • You are willing to participate fully without making yourself, your strategy, your clients, or your revenue the source.
The Work

Eight weeks of the conversations ambitious women rarely have out loud.

These are not subjects we will discuss in the abstract. Each week, we bring them into the decisions, desires, questions, and instructions already in front of you. The business becomes the place where trust, surrender, discernment, and obedience are practiced.

Your Guide

Hi, I'm Quinna.

I built Sourced because I kept seeing the same gap in the women I worked with. They trusted God deeply. But when it came to building, they still felt responsible for finding the answer, making the timing work, and securing the outcome.

My private work helps women stop fighting themselves so hard to create what they want. Sourced takes that work one layer deeper: what changes when you stop believing every outcome is yours to control?

I created this room for women who want big things, are willing to listen for instruction, and want to build in partnership with God without becoming passive or less ambitious.

You still make the plan. You still take the meeting. You still move. You stop treating yourself as the source of everything you are creating.
